Newcastle Fishing was designed and created in 2004 for the dedicated recreational fishing enthusiast, and became the home to fisherman of Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens,  Hunter Valley and frequent visits from all over Australia and even overseas. Newcastle fishing was the first dedicated fishing site for our area and still remains the premier fishing site to date for local knowledge and a wealth of information.

Newcastle Fishing was designed to cater for everyone’s needs from kids to women, from beginners to advanced anglers, to provide the latest up to date fishing information, reports, tested GPS marks, photo galleries, member fish records, fishing competitions, give aways, social days and even weekends away. Our aim was to promote Newcastle and its fishing and able to provide information and assistance with anyone who wish to venture to our area. I also wanted to provide a place to form friendships, learn more about our waterways  and share the same passion or love for fishing.

Newcastle Fishing is like no other site, we listen to what you want, and do our very best to incorporate that into site. To date we receive over 5 million hits per month and have nearly four thousand members and still growing. Newcastle Fishing is always looking in to improving the site, and making it the most resourceful interactive site we can.
